The Challenge

CEimpact is a pharmacy continuing-education provider serving licensed pharmacists nationwide. They needed two distinct but connected properties: a WordPress marketing site with a custom theme, and a separate learning-management platform to handle course delivery, learner progress, and certificate management — alongside full VPAT documentation and an ongoing accessibility remediation program to maintain WCAG conformance as both evolved.

What We Did

A custom WordPress theme built for safe editor operation — block patterns, component-level design tokens, and a Gutenberg configuration that keeps content teams from breaking accessibility. Separately, the learning-management platform for course delivery and certification, with engineering that keeps the two properties in sync. Authored and maintain their VPAT, and established an accessibility governance process so conformance holds as new content and features ship.

The Result

Full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance maintained continuously. VPAT authored and current. Ongoing development retainer since April 2025 — the same two people who built it are the ones maintaining and evolving it.

The Challenge

Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center operates a complex multi-property web estate — clinical, research, education, and foundation sites. Maintaining consistent performance, accessibility conformance, and content governance across dozens of sub-sites required deep institutional knowledge and sustained senior engagement, not a ticket queue.

What We Did

Ongoing development, accessibility governance, and CMS platform management across the multi-property estate. Established design patterns that content editors across the organization can safely operate. Delivered WCAG remediation and authored conformance documentation as the institution navigated ADA compliance requirements.

The Result

Six years and counting. A multi-property web estate that meets WCAG standards, performs well, and that internal content teams can operate without breaking. The kind of outcome that only comes from a sustained senior relationship.

The Challenge

Consolidated Pipe & Supply, a 60-year-old national industrial pipe and supply distributor, had built their digital presence on Avada — a popular but notoriously bloated WordPress page-builder theme that creates sites that content teams can't safely edit and that score poorly on Core Web Vitals. They needed out.

What We Did

Custom WordPress theme built from the ground up — not a page builder, not a purchased theme. Block patterns and Gutenberg configuration designed around what content editors actually need to do. Git-based CI/CD deployment on a managed platform so pushes go through staging before they go live.

The Result

A site that content teams can actually run, improved Core Web Vitals, and a codebase their team understands and can maintain. Current engagement.
